1. Scope
These terms cover your use of this website and how we deliver the sessions you buy. Digistore24 sells the sessions as reseller and is your contractual partner for the purchase: Digistore24 MSLW Limited (Ireland) for buyers in the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway, and Digistore24 Inc. (USA) for buyers in all other countries. Your order form and receipt name the company that applies. Digistore24’s terms govern the order, payment and refunds (Digistore24 MSLW Limited (Ireland): terms, privacy policy · Digistore24 Inc. (USA): terms, privacy policy). Where these terms and Digistore24’s terms differ on the purchase, Digistore24’s terms apply.

3. What a session is
Each session is a live one-to-one video call in English, focused on your own questions and decisions. The sessions are:
- Essential: 60 minutes. Cut through the noise and leave with a practical framework for your next steps.
- Focused: 60 minutes. Go deeper than the basics, spot your blind spots and build a clearer game plan.
- Structured: 60 minutes. Break your situation down in depth and leave with a clear action plan instead of scattered ideas.
- Comprehensive: 60 minutes. A comprehensive review, personal frameworks, a structured roadmap and a pressure test of your plan.
- Full Scope: 90 minutes. A strategic deep dive into your vision, your direction and the decisions that shape them.
Sessions offer strategic perspective and structured thinking on general business, career and personal strategy. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, medical or psychological advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional in those fields.
4. Booking
After checkout you receive a link to book your time in Zoom Scheduler. You can book a time within 30 days of your purchase. The first available times are usually within 7 days. If you did not receive the link, email us at support@tryconsultingrealm.com and we will send it again. If you have not booked within that time, email us and we will find a time; your right to withdraw within the refund period is not affected.
5. Rescheduling and missed sessions
You can reschedule once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before your session starts. Sessions missed without notice cannot be rescheduled.
A session missed without notice cannot be rescheduled; a refund request for it is handled by Digistore24 under its terms. If we ever have to move a session, we will offer you a new time as soon as possible, or a full refund if no new time suits you. These session rules do not limit your statutory rights or our refund policy.
6. Your part
Come prepared with the question or decision you want to work on, and join from a quiet place with a stable connection. The decisions you take after a session, and their results, remain your own.
7. Confidentiality
What you share in a session stays confidential. We use it only to prepare for and hold your sessions, as described in our privacy policy. We do not record sessions unless you ask us to and agree in writing beforehand.
8. No promised results
We describe what each session covers, not what it will achieve for you. Outcomes depend on your situation and on the decisions and actions you take. We make no promise of any particular result, income or success.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Digistore24 as explained in our refund policy.
10. Website content
The texts, illustrations and design of this website belong to Veronika Miková or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written consent.
11. Liability
We deliver every session with care. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, in particular for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
12. Law
These terms are governed by Slovak law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
13. Complaints and disputes
