You can withdraw within sixty (60) days of payment. Refunds are processed by Digistore24, the reseller of this service. If your session has not taken place yet, you get a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Your refund period
You can withdraw from your purchase within sixty (60) days. The period starts on the day of payment.
- Before your session has taken place: you get a full refund.
- After your session has taken place: Digistore24 handles the request under its terms for your order and the law that applies to your purchase.
Who processes refunds
Digistore24 sells the sessions as reseller and is your contractual partner for the purchase: Digistore24 MSLW Limited (Ireland) for buyers in the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway, and Digistore24 Inc. (USA) for buyers in all other countries. Your order form and receipt name the company that applies. Every refund is therefore issued by Digistore24 to your original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
How to ask for a refund
- Reply to your Digistore24 order confirmation email, or use Digistore24’s online form to cancel or withdraw from a contract.
- Or write to us at support@tryconsultingrealm.com with your order number, and we will arrange the refund through Digistore24.
Booking and missed sessions
You can book a time within 30 days of your purchase. The first available times are usually within 7 days. If you have not booked within that time, email us and we will find a time; your right to withdraw within sixty (60) days of payment is not affected. A session missed without notice cannot be rescheduled; a refund request for it is handled by Digistore24 under its terms.
