Complaints and consumer disputes
If you are unhappy with a session, please write to us first at support@tryconsultingrealm.com. For payment or refund questions you can also use the support link in your Digistore24 receipt.
As a consumer you may send us a request for redress (žiadosť o nápravu). If we reject it or do not reply within 30 days, you can submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the competent body.
