1. Who is responsible
The controller for this website and for the data we need to deliver your session is:
- Controller
- Veronika Miková
- Country
- Slovakia
- support@tryconsultingrealm.com
We have not appointed a data protection officer, because our activities do not require one under Art. 37 GDPR. For any privacy question, write to us at the email address above.
2. This website: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking
- We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Fonts, images and our own scripts are served from this website’s own server. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any analytics or advertising service.
- The only third-party content is Digistore24’s trust badge on the sales pages and the confirmation page (section 5) and, only if you choose to show it, the booking calendar on the confirmation page (section 6).
- If you switch the price display between USD and EUR, your browser remembers that choice in its session storage until you close the tab. The value never leaves your device and we cannot see it. This is strictly necessary for the function you asked for.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., USA. When you open a page, the host’s servers automatically process technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser’s user agent. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a working, secure website). The host acts as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR and keeps these logs for 30 days, according to Netlify. If the host processes data outside the EU or EEA, the transfer is covered by an EU adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. When you email us
If you write to us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for questions about a session you want to book or have booked, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other questions. Our email is provided by Email provider (name, country), which acts as our processor. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and longer only where the law requires it.
5. Purchases through Digistore24
Digistore24 sells the sessions as reseller and is your contractual partner for the purchase: Digistore24 MSLW Limited (Ireland) for buyers in the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway, and Digistore24 Inc. (USA) for buyers in all other countries. Your order form and receipt name the company that applies. That Digistore24 company is a separate controller for everything that happens on its order form: your order, payment, invoicing, refunds and any cookies on its checkout pages. Its privacy policy explains that processing: Digistore24 MSLW Limited (Ireland): terms, privacy policy · Digistore24 Inc. (USA): terms, privacy policy.
On the sales pages and the confirmation page we show Digistore24’s trust badge: small banners that tell you Digistore24 is the reseller and, after a purchase, that the charge on your bank statement comes from Digistore24. Digistore24 requires them for sales to buyers in the US. Your browser loads them from www.digistore24.com, which sends your IP address and browser details to Digistore24. In our test on 26 September 2026 the badges set no cookies and stored nothing on your device. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in showing who sells the sessions.
After your purchase, Digistore24 passes us the data we need to deliver your session, such as your name, email address and order details (Art. 14 GDPR: this data comes from Digistore24, not from you directly). We use it to arrange and hold your session, to support you, and to show Digistore24 that the session was delivered if it asks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where tax and accounting law requires us to keep records, the basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
6. Booking your session
You choose your time in Zoom Scheduler, provided by Zoom Communications, Inc., USA (Zoom Scheduler). It processes your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes you add, so that we can schedule your session (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For this the provider acts as our processor. If it processes data outside the EU or EEA, the transfer is covered by an EU adequacy decision or by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
On our confirmation page, which only buyers see, the booking calendar loads only when you click “Show the calendar”. You can also open it on the provider’s own website in a new tab. Either way, your browser then connects to the provider, which sets its own cookies and loads services it works with. In our test on 26 September 2026 these were cookies for security and usage statistics, and connections to Stripe, Google reCAPTCHA and Google Tag Manager. The provider decides on these itself, and its own privacy statement applies. Showing the calendar inside our page is your choice: the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give with that click. You can delete the provider’s cookies in your browser settings at any time.
7. The session itself
Your session takes place as a live one-to-one video call through Zoom Communications, Inc., USA. The provider processes your name, email address and the audio and video of the live call so that the call can take place (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not record sessions unless you ask us to and agree in writing beforehand. Anything you share is used only to prepare for and hold your sessions. It is never sold and never used for marketing.
8. Who receives data
- Our website host, email provider, booking tool and video call provider, as our processors, only as described above.
- The booking tool’s provider, on its own account, for its cookies and the services it loads, only if you show or open its calendar (section 6).
- Digistore24, as a separate controller for your order and payment.
- Tax advisers or authorities, only where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
9. Transfers outside the EU
Some of our providers may be based outside the EU or EEA. Where they are, the transfer is covered by an EU adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and we can give you a copy of the relevant safeguards on request.
10. How long we keep data
- Server logs: as set by the host (see section 3).
- Email correspondence: as long as needed for your request and any follow-up.
- Order and session data: until your last booked session has taken place and any follow-up is closed, and after that only as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep records.
- Session notes: only as long as they are useful for your sessions, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21). We do not rely on consent for any processing on this website, but where we ever do, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email us.
12. Your right to complain
You can complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work. In Slovakia this is the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Galvaniho Business Centrum II, Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia (statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk).
13. Do you have to give us your data?
You can read this website without giving us any personal data. To book and hold a session we need your name and email address. Without them we cannot deliver the session.
14. No automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
15. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services or providers change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
