How long is each session?
Essential, Focused, Structured and Comprehensive: 60 minutes. Full Scope: 90 minutes.
How does the session take place?
Each session is a live one-to-one video call, held in English. After checkout you choose a time that suits you. All you need is a quiet place, a device with a camera and microphone, and a stable connection.
How do I book my time?
Right after checkout you are taken to a confirmation page with your booking link, where you pick a time in Zoom Scheduler. You can book a time within 30 days of your purchase. The first available times are usually within 7 days. If you close that page by accident, email us and we will send the link again.
Can I reschedule?
You can reschedule once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before your session starts. Sessions missed without notice cannot be rescheduled.
Who handles the payment?
Digistore24 sells the sessions as reseller and is your contractual partner for the purchase: Digistore24 MSLW Limited (Ireland) for buyers in the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway, and Digistore24 Inc. (USA) for buyers in all other countries. Your order form and receipt name the company that applies. Digistore24 processes your payment securely, your receipt comes from Digistore24, and any refund is issued through Digistore24. Your bank statement shows a charge from Digistore24.
Which currencies can I pay in, and is VAT included?
US dollars or euros. Prices show in US dollars; use the USD / EUR switch to see them in euros. Prices are one-time payments with VAT included. For buyers in the US, Digistore24 adds sales tax at checkout where it applies. The order form always shows the final amount before you pay.
What if the session is not right for me?
You can withdraw within sixty (60) days of payment. Refunds are processed by Digistore24, the reseller of this service. If your session has not taken place yet, you get a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. The full terms are in our refund policy.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share is used only to prepare for and hold your session. It is never sold or shared for marketing. The details are in our privacy policy.
Is this therapy, or legal or financial advice?
No. Sessions offer strategic perspective and structured thinking. They do not replace a therapist, doctor, lawyer, accountant or financial adviser. If your situation needs one of them, we will say so.
Can I book more than one session?
Yes. Each session is a separate one-time purchase, so you can come back at any depth whenever you need to. There is no subscription.
